Performs advanced professional work supporting the university’s employment processes and search and selection procedures, including full-cycle recruitment for all hiring across the Texas Woman’s University System. This position contributes to the development and continuous refinement of Recruitment initiatives in alignment with organizational goals and workforce strategies, operating under limited supervision and in close collaboration with the Manager of Recruitment. Performance is evaluated based on outcomes, accuracy, and adherence to University Policies & Procedures.
