About The Position

We are looking for a Recruitment Intern for the Summer to support our efforts in hiring great people! The responsibilities of the Recruitment Intern will include sourcing and screening candidates, participating in interviews, and supporting the orientation and onboarding of our new team members. You will have the opportunity to learn from our team of experienced HR professionals about the Talent Acquisition HR discipline. High School Diploma or equivalent required
Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree (preferably in business with a focus in human resources)
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

2 years experience in an office setting and/or customer service preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
Partnership with our Talent Acquisition team on recruitment activities like screening resumes and applications, conducting phones screens, scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates, and reference checking.
May assist with background checks and reference checks of potential hires.
Maintain accurate and up to date Applicant Tracking System data.
Keep up on recruitment trends and learn recruitment strategies by assisting in the creation and updating of job ads and recruitment presentations.
Participate in and assist with our orientation event and onboarding process of newly hired team members.
Other projects that the HR Team identifies and that builds on your skillset and career portfolio.
