Salary range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00 / Hour. Sick Leave - 48 hours. Holidays - 12 paid per year. What You'll Do: Job Functions: Verify attendance and hours worked. Process payroll. Maintain compliance records. Talent Acquisition and employee onboarding. Review and maintain invoices. Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics, such as payroll and recruitment. Direct employees to the prospective HR Generalist/Specialist based on qualifying reasons. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies. Ensure compliance with all company and government regulatory standards in compensation, benefits, affirmative action, employment law, and diversity. Maintain timely and reliable attendance. Assist in the fulfillment of subpoena and audit records. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. Other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Have completed 12 years of education or GED.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, maintaining productive working relationships with staff at all levels.
