Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, Agriculture, or related field
You have or are willing to develop basic computer skills.

Experience working in an Applicant Track System (preferred)

Responsibilities

Manage Active Candidate Pool
Organize and provide written, oral, and web-based training resources to help hiring managers complete the hiring process
Provide written, oral, and web-based assistance to outside candidates during the application process
Conduct phone screens and in-person Interviews to assist hiring managers in the selection of candidates
Travel to and maintain a professional and eager representation of MFA at all career and hiring fairs
Develop and maintain strong high school and college relationships; providing in-person presentations to students, faculty, and staff
Recruit for and vet candidates for the Custom Applicator Training Programs
