About The Position

The Recruitment Specialist II, Staffing Support engages prospective clinicians through phone, email, and other outreach channels to qualify candidates, support applicant pipeline development, and coordinate interviews for Recruiters. This role utilizes Salesforce CRM to manage candidate information, track activity, and maintain accurate records throughout the recruitment process. The Recruitment Specialist II plays a key role in attracting qualified healthcare professionals and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Recruiting, Talent acquisition, Healthcare staffing, Sales, Customer service, Call center or customer-facing support environment.
  • Candidate sourcing and outreach
  • Telephone interviewing and candidate screening
  • Salesforce CRM or similar applicant tracking/customer relationship management system
  • Data entry and record management
  • Interview scheduling and coordination
  • Verbal and written communication
  • Relationship management
  • Time management and prioritization
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Healthcare recruiting, staffing, or clinician engagement experience.
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
  • Experience working with licensed healthcare professionals.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Workday, or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Bilingual communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound clinician inquiries and leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate qualification conversations to assess work history, licensure, certifications, immigration status, and eligibility requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within Salesforce, including contact information, qualifications, activity history, and communication notes.
  • Build relationships with prospective clinicians and guide them through the recruitment process.
  • Educate candidates on career opportunities and encourage completion of required profile information, including employment history, education, skills, and references.
  • Schedule qualified candidates for recruiter interviews and coordinate interview logistics.
  • Execute outbound call and email campaigns to engage passive and active clinician candidates.
  • Prioritize follow-up activities, tasks, and communications to support sourcing and recruitment goals.
  • Meet established productivity metrics related to candidate outreach, qualification, and scheduling activities.
