About The Position

This position will be assisting the HR team with various tasks with a heavy focus on recruitment, sourcing, attends hiring & community events, interviewing, offering, licensing documentation, I9's, scheduling new hire orientation class and onboarding. May also assist with employee relations, investigations, terminations, leave of absences, workers comp, compliance and other miscellaneous tasks that may arise. If you have a passion to help people and a good attitude to learn, we would like to meet you. We can teach you the rest!

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.
Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be willing to work an occasional Saturday for hiring events.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Detail orientated and good organizational skills.
Good attitude and strong personality.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
