About The Position

Always Compassionate Health is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to oversee our White Plains-based recruitment team. This role will provide leadership and support for the recruitment workflow and collaborate with various departments to drive the business’s growth. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for recruiting high-quality home healthcare professionals to meet staffing needs, ensuring the recruitment process runs efficiently and effectively. This position requires on-site work Monday through Friday, with occasional local travel within White Plains, Northern Westchester, and surrounding communities for recruitment and networking events. Candidates must currently reside in or near White Plains to be considered.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Extensive experience with full-cycle recruitment in a healthcare setting, ideally within home care.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to success.
  • Strong ability to meet and exceed recruitment goals in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Comfortable using technology, with a strong proficiency in MS Office and other recruitment-related software.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Directly oversee the recruitment team based in White Plains, ensuring effective, timely, and successful recruitment efforts for the home care (HHA) team.
  • Recruitment Support: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for HHA/PCA candidates to fill staffing requirements.
  • Creative Sourcing: Design and implement innovative strategies to attract top-tier talent for home healthcare roles.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment documents are reviewed and in compliance with regulatory practices.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with local businesses, home healthcare schools, and potential candidates to strengthen the Always Compassionate Health brand within the community and enhance the candidate pipeline.
  • Candidate Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, fostering lasting relationships and a positive experience.
  • Flexibility: Provide support at other locations, orientations, and events outside of regular working hours as needed.
