Operations – Recruitment Data Mining Specialist
About The Position
Recruitment Specialist will be primarily responsible for identifying potential patients from EHR systems to determine eligibility in TCR trials under the direction of the TCR Recruitment Manager. A person in this position must be highly organized, utilize excellent verbal and written communication and be able to multi-task. This position requires excellent time management and communication skills and confidentiality. This position may require travel, lifting (up 50 pounds), and sitting for extended periods. Responsibilities
- Data mine databases for potential study candidates
- Forward identified patients to recruitment team for pre-screening and scheduling
- Pre-screen candidates with Inclusion/Exclusion criteria
- Update patient information in Clinical Conductor, CRIO and eCW
- Track telephone encounters from eCW
- Data mining databases
