Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Design and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent for clinical roles, including Nurse Practitioners (NPs) in primary care, wound care, foot care, and psychiatry, as well as Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and headquarters support staff. Source candidates through diverse channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and partner with the recruitment team to evaluate candidates using targeted behavioral and skills-based questions. Build and nurture a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs in a rapidly scaling organization. Coordinate interview scheduling, communicate updates to candidates, and ensure a positive, professional experience throughout the recruitment process. Training & Onboarding Support: Assist in organizing and delivering onboarding sessions for new hires, including presentations and hands-on orientation activities. Help develop and maintain training materials such as orientation slides, compliance overviews, and role-specific guides aligned with company and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA). Gather feedback from new hires to assess onboarding effectiveness and recommend improvements.
