The Role Korn Ferry is searching for a Coordinator. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting team, candidates, and client throughout various aspects of the recruitment coordination process, with a strong focus on contingencies and onboarding. Key Accountabilities Providing responsive and proactive customer service in-person, via telephone, e-mail, etc. Performing various administrative duties that support the high volume, post offer hiring process and functions. Foster and maintain relationships with candidates and clients throughout the post offer process. Support Coordination, Recruiting and client Talent Acquisitions Teams to ensure process and efficiency. Documenting, tracking, and maintaining high volume of process compliance, records and the status of candidates in applicant tracking system. This position could also support our interview coordination when needed.
