As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating human resource appointments for new caregivers while ensuring the highest standards of customer service are consistently upheld. This role involves accurate and timely communication with candidates and newly hired caregivers, as well as the management and resolution of OneHR cases. You will support applicant tracking system (ATS) activities, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity, and perform quality control checks to confirm compliance with onboarding requirements. In addition, you will monitor and report on new caregiver progress, with a focus on ensuring readiness for HR appointments and a smooth transition into the organization. A caregiver in this position works from part-time Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. on-site at Indian River.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with computers and in Microsoft office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and coordinate new caregiver human resource appointments.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service expectations are delivered using Start with H.E.A.R.T.
  • Manage all candidate and new caregiver communications to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review and appropriately address AskHR cases and referral programs.
  • Track and report timely on new caregiver status as it relates to HR appointment readiness and attendance, missing documents and clearance.
  • Ensure new caregiver onboarding is complete by their start date.
  • Provide support with miscellaneous projects and auditing requests as needed.
  • Oversee the onboarding, training and coaching of fellow caregivers.
