About The Position

ExtensisHR is looking for a Recruiting Specialist to join our team in Iselin, NJ. The right candidate will provide full life cycle recruitment; support our talent acquisition efforts and focus on executing recruiting plans and strategies. You will engage with our existing client partners to deliver exceptional “right fit” candidates and help them achieve their hiring goals. Our Recruiting Specialist will also be responsible for building internal relationships to make sure Extensis continues to bring in top talent. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year Extensis HR proven experience
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at a time.
  • Nice to have a general knowledge in using Recruiting technologies (i.e. ATS, CRM)
  • Can prioritize and multitask in a fluid, fast-paced environment
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience evaluating, enhancing, and implementing recruitment processes
  • Have worked in support of direct hire roles
  • Used an ATS and/ or AI Sourcing platform
  • Has interviewing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Active & Passive Candidate Sourcing
  • Conduct candidate searches via job boards and Applicant Tracking System (ATS), using advanced keyword and Boolean search techniques
  • Utilize AI Sourcing platform to create robust talent pipelines, interacting with clients and hiring managers through a gamified dashboard.
  • Identify potential ideal candidates based on high-quality matches to open requisitions
  • Conduct email and telephone campaigns to determine candidate suitability and interest
  • Conduct phone screening of most promising candidates to score resume-to-job fit, candidate-to-job fit, and candidate-to-culture fit
  • Own the process & relationship with assigned ExtensisHR Hiring Mangers and their hiring needs.
  • Consistent communication, interaction, and providing of best practices to Recruiting Services Clients
  • Complete recruitment and support activities as assigned, to meet business or team needs
