The Outreach Specialist is responsible for continuously building a high volume of qualified clinical prospects at the top of the recruitment funnel. Responsible for contributing to the development of sourcing strategies and executing on sourcing plans at the regional and national level. The Outreach Specialist is responsible for leveraging diverse resources including paid and non-paid platforms, online social and professional networking sites, specialized sites, referral network, cold calls and outreach to surgeons, residency programs, and events to connect with candidates. This individual should be a subject-matter expert on best-practices in talent sourcing, well-versed in a wide range of sourcing techniques, and proficient utilizing a variety of sourcing and recruiting platforms. The Outreach Specialist is responsible for researching and identifying: potential partnerships within professional associations, academic institutions, and organizations to ensure broad outreach to engage and attract passive candidates, and new innovative sourcing methods and/or platforms that support surgeon recruiting. The Outreach Specialist will also lead or participate in sourcing projects and/or special projects that focus on delivering improvements in the department's processes, tools, and technology to support the growth of the organization. He or she will work closely with our Marketing leads on campaigns. This individual will travel with or in lieu of the Recruiters to support recruitment efforts at conferences, society meetings, and residency events.
