Tatari is looking for a Recruiting Specialist on a 6-month contract position . In this role, you will have ownership of multiple hiring pipelines for the Revenue team, from job kick-off to closing. You will be part of a small-yet-mighty (not to mention awesome) recruiting team, reporting directly to the SVP, People.

Requirements

• 1+ years as a recruiter, including sourcing experience
• Proficient with Greenhouse, TalentWall, LI Recruiter, Moderloop
• Excellent and professional communication skills (written, verbal)
• Strong collaboration skills with all levels within the organization; experience working with hiring managers
• Strong sense of ownership--you are driven by goals and deadlines
• Agile and positive--recruiting plans and/or priorities change, and you don’t get flustered
• Organized and detail oriented

Responsibilities

• Ownership of multiple hiring pipelines for the Revenue team from job kick-off to closing.
• Track pipeline activity daily to move candidates quickly through the process; potentially working with outside agencies
• Manage multiple candidate and interviewer calendars to seamlessly coordinate high-volume and fast-paced interviewing activity across many geographic regions and time zones
• Coordinate interviews, provide logistics support for strategic initiatives, and contribute to ongoing process improvement
• Serve as primary candidate liaison, ensuring superb candidate experience
• Track and manage job postings and ongoing recruiting reports
• Own the offer letter process from start to finish
