Morrison has more than 1,600 registered dietitians and 1,200 executive chefs, and serves more than 600M meals annually.Job SummaryThe Recruiting Specialist supports Morrison Healthcare’s talent acquisition efforts by assisting with full‑cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations activities across assigned locations. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive candidate and employee experience while ensuring staffing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.   The Recruiting Specialist will partner closely with hiring managers, HR team members, and candidates to coordinate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding tasks. This position also contributes to marketing and sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent and supports general HR functions as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
  • 2–3 years of recruiting experience minimum, preferably in a high‑volume or service‑oriented environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer savvy with proficiency in applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with experience in client or candidate relations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with sourcing, social media outreach, or recruitment marketing is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
  • Support onboarding activities such as new hire paperwork, orientation coordination, and system setup.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in HR and applicant tracking systems.
  • Provide timely communication and excellent service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners.
  • Contribute to sourcing and recruitment marketing efforts to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Assist with employee relations inquiries by gathering information and escalating appropriately.
  • Perform general HR and administrative duties as assigned to support department operations.
