Recruiting Specialist - YETI Coolers, LLC Recruiting Specialist (Talent Acquisition Coordinator) Austin, TX | Talent Acquisition YETI is looking for a highly organized Recruiting Specialist to keep our hiring engine running strong. You’ll schedule interviews, coordinate travel, keep our ATS clean, and support recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in recruiting coordination or talent operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with ATS tools (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- A service‑minded, detail‑driven approach
Responsibilities
- Schedule virtual and onsite interviews with accuracy and speed
- Coordinate candidate travel and logistics
- Maintain clean, accurate ATS data and process flow
- Support assessments, background checks, and offer operations
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring on track
- Assist with recruiting events and team operations
