About The Position

The Recruitment Sourcing Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition team by identifying, engaging, and maintaining relationships with qualified candidates for current and anticipated hiring needs. The role combines proactive sourcing, recruiting coordination, candidate research, and accurate applicant tracking to help build diverse talent pipelines and deliver an organized, responsive candidate experience. The coordinator partners with recruiters, hiring managers, and Human Resources colleagues while protecting confidential information and following applicable employment practices and company policies.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • One to three years of experience in recruiting coordination, candidate sourcing, Human Resources administration, staffing, customer service, or a related function preferred.
  • Experience supporting multiple open positions, priorities, or stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system, customer relationship management platform, or comparable database preferred.
  • Working knowledge of candidate sourcing methods, Boolean search concepts, job boards, professional networking platforms, and social media recruiting.
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to create concise and engaging candidate outreach.
  • Professional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to coordinate several searches and schedules at the same time.
  • Sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information.
  • Ability to review information objectively, recognize transferable skills, and align candidate experience with position requirements.
  • Ability to use data to monitor pipeline health, outreach activity, response rates, and sourcing-channel effectiveness.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or comparable productivity tools; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and collaboration or scheduling platforms is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruiters, Human Resources colleagues, and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate sourcing: Use professional networks, resume databases, job boards, social media, referrals, community partnerships, and targeted research to identify prospective candidates for assigned roles.
  • Talent pipeline development: Build and maintain organized pipelines for recurring and priority positions, document candidate skills and interests, and support long-term relationship management.
  • Candidate outreach: Draft and send personalized outreach, respond promptly to candidate questions, conduct initial interest checks when assigned, and coordinate appropriate follow-up with recruiters.
  • Recruiting coordination: Schedule interviews and recruiting meetings, confirm logistics, communicate changes, and help candidates and interview teams navigate each stage of the process.
  • Applicant tracking and data quality: Create and update accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system, track sourcing activity and disposition information, and maintain complete documentation.
  • Hiring team partnership: Meet regularly with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine candidate profiles, review pipeline progress, and adjust sourcing strategies.
  • Market research: Monitor talent availability, competitor hiring activity, compensation signals, and sourcing-channel performance; summarize findings that may affect recruiting plans.
  • Recruitment marketing support: Assist with job postings, outreach campaigns, career events, employee referral initiatives, and talent-community communications while maintaining consistent employer messaging.
  • Reporting and continuous improvement: Prepare recurring sourcing and recruiting reports, identify trends or process gaps, and recommend practical improvements to outreach, coordination, and candidate flow.
  • Compliance and confidentiality: Handle candidate and employee information responsibly and support recruiting activities in accordance with company policy and applicable equal employment opportunity, privacy, and recordkeeping requirements.
