We’re looking to expand our team across the board. York Space Systems is seeking a Recruiting Sourcer who thrives in both sourcing and recruiting functions to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position focuses on uncovering top talent and building strong pipelines while supporting select searches through the full recruiting cycle. The role flexes between sourcing—identifying and engaging passive candidates—and managing full-cycle hiring for priority roles as needed. In addition, this position plays a critical role in identifying market and industry trends to inform and strengthen York’s overall talent acquisition strategy. This position offers the opportunity to make an important contribution by building the talent pipelines that fuel York’s growth and success in the aerospace industry. This role is onsite in our Greenwood Village, CO office.

Requirements

  • Four or more years of experience in sourcing and recruiting, with at least 2 years in dedicated sourcing.
  • Proven ability to think creatively in search and engagement tactics.
  • Demonstrated use of sourcing tools and techniques to fill niche roles.
  • High level of discernment to identify top talent and align candidates with organizational needs.
  • Skilled at building relationships and maintaining pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Comfortable managing multiple, varied searches in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work fulltime in office.

Responsibilities

  • Innovate sourcing strategies to uncover top talent through creative channels.
  • Craft personalized, compelling outreach messages that resonate with passive candidates and showcase York’s mission.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting York’s culture and values in all candidate interactions and external engagements.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with pipeline candidates and hiring teams to anticipate future needs.
  • Manage multiple, highly diverse searches simultaneously, including niche and specialized technical roles.
  • Identify creative and non-traditional backgrounds that align with desired skills and experiences for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening to assess candidate fit and interest.
  • Collaborate recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing approaches.
  • Track and report sourcing metrics to aid in market intelligence gathering, identify tool gaps and guide future investments.
  • Stay current on industry trends and talent strategies.
  • Provide full life cycle support for select roles.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and apply best practices to strengthen experience for hiring teams and candidates.
