About The Position
Crisis24’s Protective Services Group (PSG) is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Recruiting Sourcer Intern to support our talent acquisition team during a high-impact internship experience. This role is ideal for a college student interested in recruiting, HR, business, data analytics, or security operations who wants hands-on exposure in a fast-paced, real-world environment. You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters and gain practical experience supporting hiring for executive protection and security operations roles—a unique niche within talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Current college student (HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Interest in recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or operations
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- No prior recruiting experience required — training provided
Nice To Haves
- Experience with LinkedIn, resume screening, or campus recruiting
- Interest in security, intelligence, or protective services
- Familiarity with Excel, data tracking, or analytics tools
Responsibilities
- Review resumes and help identify qualified candidates for open roles
- Conduct initial outreach to candidates via email and LinkedIn
- Assist with prescreening candidates to assess interest and basic qualifications
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Partner with recruiters to learn sourcing strategies and role requirements
- Support multiple openings while learning how to prioritize workloads
- Track sourcing activity and help report on pipeline progress
- Gain exposure to recruiting tools, data tracking, and candidate communication best practices
