Requirements

• A current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with an eagerness to learn recruiting fundamentals
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Undergrad Junior status or above
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work within the hours of Monday through Friday between 7:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Support resume screening, applicant review, and initial outreach to candidates
• Assist with scheduling interviews, communicating with applicants, and coordinating hiring activities
• Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and internship program activities
• Help collect and organize candidate information, job postings, and recruiting documentation
• Support onboarding activities such as background checks, paperwork preparation, and compliance tracking
• Assist with HR administrative tasks including pre-employee testing, data entry, and conducting orientation
• Collaborate with HR team members to identify improvements in recruiting processes and candidate experience
