About The Position

WoodmenLife is looking for a passionate and motivated Recruiting Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers an incredible opportunity to recruit, develop, and inspire a team of independent contracted representatives while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our members. The Recruiting Sales Manager will set and achieve annual recruiting goals for their territory, build meaningful relationships with representatives to foster their professional growth through coaching, training, and joint sales activities, recruit top talent by presenting WoodmenLife’s career opportunities and supporting a pipeline of potential recruits, oversee representative performance by providing motivation, supervision, and continuous feedback, act as a liaison between representatives and the Regional/Home Office to resolve challenges and drive operational success, and be an ambassador for WoodmenLife, engaging in community and fraternal activities to promote our mission and values.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 12 months of experience as a WoodmenLife representative (or equivalent).
  • FIC designation (or willingness to obtain) and compliance with state licensing and continuing education requirements.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and build relationships.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, paired with enthusiasm and energy to lead by example.
  • Self-motivation to work independently and manage a dynamic schedule involving up to 60% travel.
  • Strong character and integrity, demonstrating ethical professionalism at all times.
