About The Position

This full-time position is responsible for processing recruiting-related tasks, including background checks, onboarding, and maintaining documentation. The role requires knowledge of relevant regulations and proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Experience in the transportation industry and with specific HR software is desired.

Requirements

• Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT laws and regulations highly preferred
• Experienced in teambuilding, establishing relationships and communication skills
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and display professional demeanor
• Two to three years of processor experience (transportation industry preferred)
• Paycom, Tenstreet, 3rd Party Administrator experience desired

• Paycom, Tenstreet, 3rd Party Administrator experience

Responsibilities

• Run MVR, DAC, PSP, Criminal and Background checks.
• Complete transfers and onboarding process through Paycom, TenStreet, and TMW for new and existing hires, as needed.
• Maintain live documents recording step-by-step processing methods.
• Support re-hire and retention efforts.
• Other duties as assigned.
