About The Position

The ideal Recruiting Partner for Zipline understands that a company's greatest asset is its people and you have a direct hand in shaping the future of the company with whom you help hire. This role will be based out of our South San Francisco HQ with flexibility to work remotely as needed (1-2 times a week). We will support relocation should you need it!

Requirements

  • Over 4 years of high-volume, full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing exceptional operational and/or technical talent
  • Strong organizational skills & ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced startup environment
  • Passion for building diverse teams & pipelines
  • Creative problem-solver, going the extra mile to close the top talent and passionate about cultivating the most enjoyable candidate experience
  • Willingness to invest in your own growth and become true partner to our engineering teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with hardware recruiting
  • Experience with Greenhouse, GEM, & Excel
  • Experience with private equity & stock options

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with executives, org leads & hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and coach them on how to maximize hiring output for their team
  • Strategically plan and own a pipeline of diverse, exceptionally qualified candidates and ensure a first-class experience throughout the entire process
  • Continuously hone your pitch and ability to understand what motivates candidates and why Zipline could be the perfect place for them to grow their career and have a huge impact
  • Help to ensure that Zipline is prioritizing diversity in all of our hiring efforts across the company
  • Creatively leverage various platforms to source and engage extraordinary talent
  • Collaborate with other recruiters on the team, leveling up the function, sharing best practices & helping to ensure we reach our collective goals
  • Model best practices when it comes to data cleanliness and candidate communication
  • Have fun and feel energized by having a helping hand in growing Zipline and building a legendary company!
