This position could be based in any of our U.S. offices. As a Lateral Partner Recruiting Specialist at Orrick, you will join a top-notch team that places an emphasis on innovation, teamwork and adapting to the evolving practices of competitive legal recruiting. As one of the primary recruiting contacts for partner candidates, you will be responsible for guiding candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, from submission to integration, all the while providing a high-touch, white glove experience to internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the Sr. Manager of Growth & Integration and collaborate with the Chief Growth and Integration Officer to execute on Orrick’s top strategic recruiting priorities. It is expected that you will understand the following: Orrick's innovative vision and the Growth & Integration Team’s role in realizing that vision; the firm’s strategy; Orrick’s key sectors and practice groups; how to best represent Orrick to candidates and search firms; how to be an ambassador for Orrick; and how to identify the credentials that are predictors of successful Orrick partners.
