About The Position

Barcelona Wine Bar is looking for a Recruiting Manager. As a member of the People Team, this individual will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting effort as well as developing and nurturing relationships with Operations teams. A successful candidate will be positive, proactive, and flexible, and must possess a strong attention to detail. This position reports directly to the Director of HR/People Team.

  • 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant recruiting experience. Preferably in a polished casual, high-volume environment.
  • Multi-unit restaurant or hospitality recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting new restaurant openings or rapid growth environments.
  • Knowledge of hospitality labor markets and leadership recruiting trends.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with HR practices.

Responsibilities

  • Sources, accesses, and recommends Operations level candidates to fill vacant positions from internal and external sources.
  • Present detailed candidate profile summaries.
  • Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
  • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and hiring regulations.
  • Organizes and Coordinates RJP/Trails for respective candidates.
  • Perform reference checks when appropriate or requested on potential hires.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
