About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Recruiting Manager to join our Philadelphia, PA office located on North Broad Street. In this role, you will support the recruitment and staffing needs for Home Health Aides throughout the Philadelphia market, helping to ensure that clients receive the compassionate, high-quality care they deserve. At BAYADA, our Recruiting Managers serve as trusted talent advisors and brand ambassadors. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, identify top talent, and provide an exceptional candidate experience. Successful recruiters in this role are relationship-driven, strategic thinkers who stay informed on market trends, hiring challenges, and competitive talent landscapes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience preferred
  • Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience recruiting caregivers, Home Health Aides, or healthcare professionals is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Social media recruiting and marketing experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and customer-service mindset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and recruiting technologies

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding
  • Support the staffing needs of the office to ensure adequate caregiver coverage
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, referral sources, and community partners
  • Respond to employment inquiries and guide candidates through the hiring process
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and compelling job postings
  • Attend career fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities to attract top talent
  • Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection activities
  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various sourcing channels
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, training, and new hire support
  • Utilize social media platforms and recruiting technologies to enhance talent attraction efforts
  • Collaborate with office leadership and fellow recruiters to achieve hiring goals
  • Provide insight on market conditions, hiring trends, and competitive recruiting practices
