Recruiting Manager - Amazon & eCommerce Talent

GNO Partners
$42,000 - $120,000Remote

About The Position

We are a growth consultancy for Amazon brands, managing a portfolio that generates close to $1 billion in annual marketplace revenue. We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to build and own our talent acquisition function. This is a unique opportunity to be our first dedicated recruiting hire, responsible for designing and implementing the entire recruitment process from start to finish, rather than inheriting an existing system. You will be instrumental in finding and attracting elite Amazon operators who are rare and typically not available on the open market. This role requires a proactive and data-driven approach to sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, with at least two years of full-cycle recruitment ownership.
  • Proven ability to think and operate with a data-driven mindset, tracking metrics such as reply rates, stage conversion, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance.
  • Demonstrated strength in outbound sourcing, including building target lists from scratch and writing effective outreach sequences for senior candidates.
  • Experience owning and configuring an ATS (Breezy experience is a plus, but configuring any modern ATS is required).
  • Excellent written English skills, capable of crafting outreach messages that sound personal and engaging.
  • Comfort working autonomously as the sole member of the recruiting function, without an HR department above.
  • Ability to work with solid overlap with Central European Time and US Eastern Time.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience hiring in Amazon, e-commerce, performance marketing, or digital agencies (e.g., PPC managers, brand managers, marketplace ops, agency consultants).
  • Background in agency or headhunting.
  • Fluency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Clay, Boolean and x-ray search, and AI sourcing.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment funnel, from role kickoff and job description creation to sourcing strategy, screening, interview loop design, and offer management.
  • Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies to identify and engage senior Amazon operators who are not actively seeking new opportunities.
  • Conduct first-round interviews to screen candidates and present trusted shortlists with written recommendations to partners.
  • Configure and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including stages, scorecards, templates, automations, and reporting, ensuring data integrity for decision-making.
  • Manage and brief external agencies and headhunters, holding them to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and phasing them out where internal capabilities can be improved.
  • Build and maintain a standing pool of pre-qualified, warm Amazon talent to expedite future searches.

Benefits

  • Base salary: $3,500–$5,000/month, depending on experience and location.
  • Per-hire bonus on every hire that passes 90 days, scaled by seniority.
  • Quarterly performance bonus against agreed KPIs (time-to-hire, retention, cost-per-hire, shortlist quality).
  • On-target earnings: roughly $50,000–$120,000/year.
  • A real hiring budget and the necessary tooling to perform the job effectively.
