About The Position

Amego is looking for a recruiting manager to join their team. This role involves attracting, engaging, and hiring talented employees who want to make a difference. The recruiting manager will be involved in the full recruitment process, from reviewing applications and meeting candidates to coordinating offers, supporting onboarding, attending recruiting events, and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. This role will work closely with department leaders and other teams throughout Amego to understand staffing needs and keep the hiring process moving. At Amego, recruiting is about more than filling vacancies. The recruiting manager will help connect people with careers where their work has a direct impact on the individuals and communities served. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships across the organization, represent Amego in the community, and help strengthen the workforce as the company continues to grow.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or office management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to appropriately handle confidential information.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate scheduling, interviews, follow-up, and offer coordination.
  • Review incoming applications and resumes and identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified applicants.
  • Coordinate with department heads regarding vacancies, interviews, candidate status, and hiring needs.
  • Manage recruitment advertisements and job postings.
  • Track candidates, offers, onboarding paperwork, and recruitment activity.
  • Assist candidates with required new-hire paperwork, background checks, and onboarding steps.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
  • Participate in job fairs, school visits, career events, and other community recruiting activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, vendors, schools, and other external partners.
  • Provide recruitment updates and activity reporting to leadership.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Training, Fiscal, department leaders, and other teams to support a smooth hiring process.
