Join our respected Partner Resources Organization (HR) as the leader of our Research, Sourcing & Emerging Talent function! As a recruiting manager at Starbucks, you will be building the future of sourcing at Starbucks. You will partner with our Enterprise and Retail recruiting teams to craft and implement creative and comprehensive sourcing strategies focusing on a variety of key roles across North America with a lens on cultivating diverse slates of candidates.

Requirements

  • 10 + years Strong corporate and/or executive recruiting experience
  • 5+ years Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple strategic searches, projects and client relationships
  • Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives
  • Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets
  • Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results

  • Build team capability to engage passive talent at scale
  • Utilize data to influence the overall strategy around candidate engagement and Sourcing processes
  • Create a team focus on commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to sourcing candidates for our current and future business need

  • If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.
  • For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
