About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our recruiting team. This role is critical in building strong candidate pipelines and ensuring we attract top talent for a variety of positions. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and qualify candidates who align with our organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and engage passive and active candidates. Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent availability. Provide insights to recruiters and hiring managers to inform sourcing strategies. Candidate Engagement: Reach out to potential candidates via email, phone, and social platforms to introduce opportunities. Pre-screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit before passing them to recruiters. Collaboration: Partner with recruiters to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company’s culture and values during outreach.
