About The Position

Athletes Global Corporation is looking for a Recruiting Leader to join our team! The Recruiting Leader is responsible for various functions of the Human Resource department, including talent, compensation, background checks, leave, reporting, and administration of company policies. The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in full cycle recruitment. This includes background check, administration, talent acquisition, compensation, reporting, and training. To be a Recruiting Leader, you should be patient and compassionate, have excellent listening skills, and be able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process for hourly/non-exempt positions, partnering with business development leaders, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviewing, progress reporting, and orientation
  • Administer employment life cycle activities for assigned business units, including talent acquisition, new hire onboarding, progressions/promotions, development, exit process, and background checks
  • Interpret policies and procedures, providing guidance to business development leaders and team members
  • Work to increase effectiveness and efficiency of HR by providing guidance to all staff regarding front-line employee relations and schedules
  • Identify, design and implement processing efficiencies as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
