This means you will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US. If the role is remote, there may be occasions that you are requested to come to the office based on business need. Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of effective recruiting concepts, principles and methods.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and practice development skills.
  • Proficiency with recruitment marketing tools.
  • Strong communication and relationship building abilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 5 or more years of professional job-related work experience.
  • Recruiting and or program management experience
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Extensive sales-related field experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the development and implementation of innovative strategies to attract, engage, and retain members of the Aflac sales force.
  • Manages the design and implementation of standardized recruiting practices and procedures.
  • Leads the development and execution of predictive, scalable, and metrics-driven recruitment campaigns to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Monitors and analyzes recruitment metrics to evaluate program success and identifying areas for improvement relative to established goals.
  • Assesses sales force satisfaction to identify trends and opportunities for improved engagement and retention.
  • Plans and conducts monthly training calls for Regional Sales Coordinators and their recruiting teams; provides support and content for leadership calls as needed.
  • Collaborates with marketing, instructional design and virtual training teams to create and deliver recruitment training content for field teams.
  • Engages the Sales Talent Manager (STM) recruiting tool to optimize talent acquisition processes, ensuring effective tracking, engagement, and management of candidates.
  • Proactively anticipates upcoming training needs by creating visuals for leadership presentations, calls, trainings and supporting content.
  • Responsible for driving recruiting results within pilots and new initiatives by providing training, supporting accountability, and ensuring processes are executed as designed while identifying and adapting to necessary adjustments.
