We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Growth Consultant! The Growth Consultant leads activities and acquires inputs from cross-functional teams across the organization in order to develop, design, and ultimately execute the delivery of solutions during opportunity management. The Growth Consultant will manage the design of solutions during the sales and proposal process. They will define solution specifications tailored to a specific client, geography, or location. Growth Consultant will lead this effort through market research, localized insights gained from the market, and by working with other teammates. For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can… Lead cross functional teams to identify appropriate measures and approaches, develop budgets and pricing, and document impacts that support solution design. Take ownership of complex analyses, working with limited direction while delivering high quality work in time pressured situations. Present to clients as needed, drawing on prior experience in client facing roles to communicate clearly and confidently. Collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams—including business development, operations/delivery, engineering, marketing, and information technology—to drive shared accountability and achieve organizational performance goals. Apply significant experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, or related technologies to guide sound decision making and solution development.
