How You Will Make an Impact: As a Growth Consultant (GC), you will be the trusted strategic advisor our clients rely on to achieve their business outcomes. Your primary mission is to unlock value and accelerate revenue growth for both our clients and our business. By deeply understanding their goals and proactively identifying new opportunities, you'll go beyond traditional account management to provide strategic insights that directly impact their bottom line. This role is about leading with influence, aligning internal teams, and ensuring we deliver the kind of results that solidify our position as an indispensable business partner. Performance Metrics: Client Retention: Directly own and drive client retention within your portfolio book of business, ensuring proactive engagement and swift issue resolution. Revenue Expansion: Be a primary driver of quarter-over-quarter revenue growth through strategic upsells, cross-sells, and client expansion initiatives. Portfolio Growth: Achieve year-over-year growth goals by developing and executing strategic account plans that align with our clients’ business objectives. Strategic Engagement: Exceed targets for all client engagement activities—including calls to maximize client satisfaction and partnership depth.
