About The Position

As a Growth Consultant (GC), you will be the trusted strategic advisor our clients rely on to achieve their business outcomes. Your primary mission is to unlock value and accelerate revenue growth for both our clients and our business. By deeply understanding their goals and proactively identifying new opportunities, you'll go beyond traditional account management to provide strategic insights that directly impact their bottom line. This role is about leading with influence, aligning internal teams, and ensuring we deliver the kind of results that solidify our position as an indispensable business partner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client management or sales role, with a preference for candidates with a background in merchant services or point-of-sale solutions.
  • Strong understanding of revenue generation and client engagement strategies, with a track record of driving growth within an existing book of business.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture long-term, high-trust relationships.
  • Ability to analyze performance data, translate insights into actionable strategies, and implement solutions that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong command of Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Lead weekly and bi-weekly client meetings.
  • Act as a strategic escalation point for client challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain business continuity.
  • Oversee the review of client profitability and performance, engaging in strategic discussions to identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with and guide internal business units to ensure a unified approach and consistent performance across all client touchpoints.
