As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will manage complex interview processes and ensure an exceptional candidate experience, working closely with the recruiting and people operations team during a period of scaling. This role requires thriving in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership, and providing a "white-glove" experience to both internal stakeholders and candidates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a recruiting coordination, HR admin, or executive assistant role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting to change
  • Proficiency with modern ATS platforms, Slack, and Google Workspace
  • Candidates must be a US person (a US citizen, a US national, or a Green Card holder)

Responsibilities

  • High-volume coordination, managing complex interview loops from initial phone screenings to on-site interviews across multiple time zones
  • Candidate communication via email and phone calls, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a seamless interview process
  • Maintaining accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring that all candidate stages, scorecards, and feedback are up-to-date to support data-driven hiring decisions
