Homes for Independent Living is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team to assist candidates with the onboarding process. Tasks including ensuring candidates background check forms are completed and clear, TB tests completed and clear, updating hiring leader of start date and contacting candidates of first day information. Other tasks may include updating trackers, preparing the new hire file, assisting candidates during interviews, updating job posts and other duties as needed to hire direct care professionals, group home leaders, and health services leaders. This is a detail oriented position that requires professional communication with candidates, vendors and employees. Enjoy being a team player interacting with new hires and employees to grow HIL.
