About The Position

We are building agents to recruit, verify, and match 10,000s experts with 1,000s of opportunities from the worlds most innovative organizations. We work with leading enterprises and are backed by top investors. About the role: We're looking for recruitment coordinators to work directly with the sales and engineering team to build the most efficient recruiting systems in the market. You will work on the highest-priority accounts to source ad-hoc experts to the Terac panel. You're someone who thrives in ambiguity, has exceptional judgment, and can context-switch between strategic planning, tactical execution, and people operations.
Requirements
- Experience attracting world-class talent in short time frames.
- Comfortable working directly with high-profile clients.
- Data-driven: You make data driven decisions. Like any marketplace, problems can balloon at scale. It's vital we track LTV, CAC, and measure everything to ensure we make informed decisions.
- Bias to action: You will operate with a high-level of agency. This means not every initiative will be discussed or thought out. We're looking for someone comfortable in failure, but can come to us with a list of initiatives where you tried something, measured the impact, and either doubled down or quit - all without permission
- Data-driven: You make data driven decisions. Like any marketplace, problems can balloon at scale. It's vital we track LTV, CAC, and measure everything to ensure we make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of experts to our highest-value projects
- Work with the CEO/CT to design important recruitment frameworks
- Oversee and orchestrate the work of 10,000s of experts on our platform
- Ensure execution under demanding timelines
- Diagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions that improve quality, throughput, and cost-efficiency
- Continuously refine recruitment, onboarding, and activation funnels, using data to boost participant retention and engagement
