About The Position

As a Recruiting Coordinator on Crusoe’s Candidate Experience team, you will serve as a key representative of our mission, helping shape how top talent interacts with our company. In this high-impact role, you will join a dynamic, passionate, and collaborative team with an exciting opportunity to directly support Crusoe’s hyper-growth. Partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams, you will deliver a smooth, high-touch, and engaging candidate journey. Crusoe is building sustainable AI and energy infrastructure for the future, and your work will fuel our expansion by ensuring we attract and hire exceptional talent with speed, precision, and empathy. This position is intended to be a 12-month contract-to-hire role, dependent on success in role and business need.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or a similar high-volume support role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional scheduling and calendar management skills with strong attention to detail and a track record of managing heavy interview loads.
  • Exceptional communication skills. You are polished, professional, and approachable across all candidate and internal interactions.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential talent information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership. You know how to prioritize and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with recruiters, leaders, and employees across a wide range of functions and levels.
  • Keen attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Absolute team-player dedicated to continuous improvement and excited about Crusoe's mission in clean energy and AI computing.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Ashby ATS
  • Proficient and/or passionate about AI trends and Talent Acquisition best practices
  • Familiarity with SOP creation and workflow documentation

Responsibilities

  • Drive high-volume interview scheduling across rapidly scaling technical, infrastructure, and/or corporate teams, coordinating multi-stakeholder interviews across varying levels of roles with speed and precision.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for prospective hires, delivering a polished, candidate-first experience that reflects Crusoe's standards of excellence and values.
  • Partner with Recruiters to communicate interview logistics with clarity and urgency, ensuring both candidates and interviewers are fully prepared and aligned.
  • Navigate complex, ever-changing calendars across leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts before they become blockers.
  • Build and maintain structured, scalable scheduling processes that support Crusoe's rapid hiring growth and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure job descriptions are current, compliant, and maintained while upholding data accuracy and compliance within the ATS and additional recruiting tools.

Benefits

  • Compensation will be paid in the range of $36 - $48/hour.
