About The Position

Relay is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support their Recruiting team. This role is crucial for ensuring a positive candidate experience and driving talent growth. The Recruiting Coordinator will be involved in all stages of the hiring process, from initial candidate contact to onboarding new hires. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in learning the intricacies of world-class recruiting and potentially growing within the Recruiting and People Services team.

Requirements

  • Ability to be on-site in Raleigh HQ 5 days per week.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced, corporate, professional environment (Admin/Coordination, Ops, Customer Success, Sales, or Sales Development).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage complex scheduling.
  • Nimble, tech-savvy approach to project management using tools like Notion, Google Workspace, and AI tools (Claude, Gemini).
  • Proven track record of staying organized in fast-paced environments.
  • History of quickly mastering new platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Canva).
  • Innate "customer-first" attitude toward both candidates and internal hiring managers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Canva or similar tools to create basic social media graphics.
  • Prior experience using Notion to organize projects, wikis, or team hubs.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or Boolean search strings.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the "Life at Relay" presence on LinkedIn, creating engaging content to position Relay as a prime employer.
  • Enhance Relay's presence on external sites to showcase why it's a great place to work.
  • Participate in "Recruiting Ops" projects such as refining ATS workflows, enhancing candidate surveys, and supporting People Services initiatives.
  • Execute the setup and maintenance of a Notion Recruiting Hub for internal team resources and data.
  • Manage the scheduling of onsite interview loops at the Raleigh HQ, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates.
  • Partner with the Recruiting team and hiring stakeholders to build talent pipelines through creative sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Coordinate and attend local recruiting events and career fairs as a brand ambassador.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee by assisting with Day 1 orientation and preboarding administrative tasks.
