The Recruiting Coordinator supports and facilitates full-cycle recruiting functions for the Company, working closely with the HR and management teams for timely execution and administration of recruiting and staffing efforts for both employee and independent contractor needs. This person serves as a “face” of the Company, working closely with hiring managers to understand needs, and identify and recruit A-player candidates. Identifying, developing, and implementing quality recruiting processes and strategies, along with providing quality customer service to the management team, employees, and contractors is imperative for success in this role. Qualifications and Accountabilities: 2+ years of Recruiting and HR experience required, to include experience and upkeep of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Paycor-specific experience is a plus; Candidate screening and interviewing experience is strongly preferred. Experience supporting an O&G/Energy company strongly preferred. General working knowledge of independent contractors vs. employees, as well as HR-related principles and practices. This role cultivates and maintains positive relationships with employees, contractors, vendors, and clients/potential clients, demonstrating a customer service orientation. Strong ability to garner interest from candidates and exhibit an excitement for Dudley. Outgoing in nature and excited to connect candidates with our company and build talent pools. Ability to network and attend industry events. A-Player recruitment and ability to identify individuals that align with Dudley’s core values. The Recruiting Coordinator exhibits a keen ability to multi-task for overall recruitment upkeep and success, including but not limited to: ATS upkeep, report maintenance, and coordination of multiple needs/roles simultaneously, with ability to effectively prioritize needs. Experience operating HR-related platforms, as well as other standard computer software and hardware, to include Office 365 programs/e-mail, PDF software, and organizing the physical flow of documents. Problem-solution orientation, strong analytical skills, and ability to work as a team; Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; Capable of high productivity in a deadline-driven environment with requirement for extreme accuracy. Understands and executes Company policies; Strong ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment. Special projects as assigned; Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
