About The Position

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the recruiting team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position involves managing recruiting activities, building strong candidate relationships, and often being the first point of contact for candidates. The role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work seamlessly with both internal and external clients, and adaptability to rapidly changing situations. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Arrange travel for visiting candidates when necessary.
  • Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems, and confirm new hires.
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email.
  • Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.
  • Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide necessary debrief materials.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Assist in coordinating other recruiting activities as needed.
