About The Position

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team as the primary driver of our "top-of-funnel" talent strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for the critical first stages of our hiring process, ensuring a high volume of sales and customer care applicants are reviewed, organized, and routed with precision to meet our evolving business needs. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or a high-volume administrative role; Prior experience specifically in a "top-of-funnel" or sourcing capacity is a plus
  • Proven experience managing candidates within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with Greenhouse or Ashby is preferred
  • Pattern recognition; The ability to quickly and accurately review high volumes of resumes (sales and customer care) while identifying the specific skills and traits that lead to success at Angi
  • You are someone who hates a cluttered inbox or a messy database; you have extreme attention to detail and take pride in keeping systems organized and up-to-date
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools to organize outreach campaigns and manage candidate pipelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professional email etiquette and the ability to draft engaging re-engagement content
  • A "solutions-oriented" mentality with the ability to adapt and learn on the fly to keep up with the lightning speed of our environment
  • A desire to work as part of a larger recruiting engine where your success directly enables the success of the full-cycle recruiters
  • HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review a high-volume of applications regularly; Act as the first point of contact for all inbound applications, screening resumes for sales and customer care roles to identify top talent at lightning speed
  • Efficiently move qualified candidates through the applicant tracking system (ATS), assigning them to an available and appropriate recruiter without delay
  • Search our existing candidate database to identify "silver medalists" and former applicants who may be a fit for current open requisitions.
  • Organize and execute outreach campaigns to keep our talent pipeline warm.
  • When possible, utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to organize prospects and send outreach messages
  • Ensure all candidate data is clean and accurate, managing tags and stages within the ATS to provide the team with a clear picture of the hiring funnel.
  • Handle a high volume of candidate correspondence, ensuring every applicant receives a timely status update and a professional experience.
  • Partner with the broader recruiting team to identify bottlenecks at the top of the funnel and adjust screening strategies as business needs shift.
  • Other business-necessary projects as needed
