About The Position

Always Best Care Senior Services is growing, and we’re looking for a driven and resourceful Caregiver Recruiter who can help us build the strongest caregiver team in the Denver area. This is not a passive recruiting role. We are looking for someone who knows how to find great caregivers, connect with them, and inspire them to join our mission of helping seniors live safely and comfortably at home. If you enjoy talking to people, identifying talent, staying organized, and playing a key role in a growing organization, this role offers the chance to make a real impact. Always Best Care Senior Services provides non-medical home care to seniors throughout the Denver area. Our mission is to help seniors maintain independence, dignity, and safety in their own homes while giving families peace of mind. Requirements

  • Experienced in caregiver or healthcare recruiting
  • Personable and persuasive, able to build trust quickly with candidates
  • Proactive, comfortable reaching out and sourcing candidates, not just waiting for applications
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Persistent and resourceful when tracking down references and employment verification
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of candidates and keeping processes moving

Responsibilities

  • Recruit Exceptional Caregivers
  • Proactively source and engage caregiver candidates through job boards and outreach
  • Conduct phone interviews to identify reliable, compassionate caregivers
  • Promote and represent Always Best Care as an employer of choice
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Guide Candidates Through the Hiring Process
  • Complete interviews, background checks, and reference checks
  • Verify employment history and qualifications
  • Ensure candidates meet the standards needed to succeed with our clients
  • Manage On-boarding & Hiring Documentation
  • Collect and organize required hiring documents
  • Ensure new hires complete on-boarding requirements
  • Maintain organized caregiver personnel files and HR documentation
  • Maintain a Strong Hiring Pipeline
  • Stay in regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Track candidates in the applicant tracking system
  • Help ensure the agency always has the caregivers needed to serve our clients
