Responsibilities
- Training and Development : Dive into our in-depth 12-week training program designed to teach you the ropes of recruitment and how to excel in your role.
- Candidate Engagement : Interact with potential candidates from various job platforms, reviewing applications, and identifying talent.
- Interview Coordination : Schedule phone interviews with candidates and our recruiting team, gaining hands-on experience in how the recruitment process works.
- Phone Interviews : Conduct engaging phone interviews with candidates, where you’ll put your communication skills to the test and help us find the right talent for our team.
