About The Position

Twin is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to drive interview coordination and support high-quality, efficient hiring operations. In this role, you will own scheduling, partner closely with hiring teams, support sourcing and screening efforts, and maintain accurate candidate data. You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless candidate experience while helping accelerate hiring across the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to make a meaningful impact on both candidate experience and Twin’s mission to improve health and happiness every day.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 year of experience as a Recruitment Assistant or in other recruiting-related role
  • Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
  • Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting. Previous experience working with Greenhouse is a plus
  • Experience with a ticketing system like ZenDesk preferred.
  • Computer proficiency in Google Suite & Slack
  • Excellent customer service skills used to provide a quality service to hiring managers and a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Strong attention to detail for tasks like scheduling, booking travel and general coordination.
  • Ability to perform in a metrics driven environment and meet applicable SLA’s around response times.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone, email, and chat to convey accurate information, conduct phone screening, and address candidate inquiries with a positive and engaging manner
  • Ability to multitask and work in an environment of changing and multiple priorities
  • Work well independently and as part of a team and coordinate cross functionally with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling, ensuring a fast, seamless candidate experience
  • Coordinate screens, remote and onsite interviews
  • Travel coordination for onsite interviews
  • Maintain clear candidate communication and manage interview materials. This may include initial phone screen
  • Assist with resume screening, and source candidates via LinkedIn, if needed
  • Maintain an accurate candidate database and job postings
  • Partner with recruiter and hiring managers on priorities, candidate tiers, and interview plans
  • Act as the central point of contact across hiring teams and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Track candidate lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy and timely feedback
  • Share candidate updates and improve recruiting workflows
  • Other duties as assigned.
