About The Position

The RVO Health Talent Operations team is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to our backend processes for recruitment and onboarding! This role will be dedicated to scheduling and coordinating candidates through our team’s recruitment process and supporting the new hire experience through the onboarding process. This new team member will not only provide individuals with a memorable experience, but also support our business teams and Talent Operations team with any additional projects Where You'll Be To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ year of previous experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or administrative role that requires deep attention to detail, juggling a high volume of priorities, and warm external communication.
  • High Agility & Organization: You are highly organized, comfortable pivoting when priorities shift, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, you know how to make people feel heard and supported, whether they are an internal stakeholder or an external candidate.
  • Collaborative & Driven: You are diligent, self-motivated, eager to make a positive impact, and love collaborating with a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Candidate Experience: Provide vital support to the Talent Operations team by scheduling and coordinating a high volume of interviews across a variety of levels and departments, ensuring every candidate feels valued.
  • Partner on Executive Scheduling: Collaborate closely with our Executive Assistants to navigate complex calendars and ensure a seamless, highly organized interview experience for leadership roles.
  • Host the Onsite Experience: Serve as the welcoming face of RVO Health for in-person interviews! You’ll greet candidates, guide them through their onsite schedule, give office tours, and ensure they feel comfortable and confident from the moment they walk in the door.
  • Communicate with Care: Serve as a welcoming main point of contact, providing ongoing, high-touch communication to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Own Pre-boarding: Manage the end-to-end pre-boarding journey for all new hires
  • Expand Your Recruiting Skillset: Depending on bandwidth, you will have the exciting opportunity to step beyond coordination and actively support our hiring efforts (like sourcing or screening)
  • Manage Impactful Projects: Drive new and ongoing initiatives that make our recruiting and onboarding experiences even better.
  • Optimize Workflows: Continuously identify and propose solutions to improve our processes and help our team work smarter.
