About The Position

Recruiting Coordinator The Opportunity: Provide full life cycle administrative support to the interview portion of the candidate life cycle as a key member of the Talent Acqui sit ion team. Support the coordination and facilitation of all aspects of candidate interviews, including events, virtual webcam interviews, travel coordination, and escorting of on sit e candidates. Provide high-touch support for candidates and hiring and career managers to ensure a smooth and po sit ive interview experience for all parties involved. Interact frequently with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates, including ensuring all required actions are completed in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with company processes and government regulations. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizen ship is required .

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Experience with general Internet applications and Micro sof t Office, including Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to greet new hires on day one of orientation in-person or virtually if starting remote ly
  • Ability to retain confidentiality of sen sit ive information and respect broad backgrounds and proprietary information
  • HS diploma or GED
  • U.S. citizen ship is required
