About The Position

This is an excellent opportunity to join Overlake's recruiting team on site as a full-time onsite Recruiting Coordinator. Our goal is to provide new hires with an exceptional onboarding experience, and this role plays a critical role in making that happen. If selected, you will manage the onboarding of all our new employees. We'll rely on you to ensure important pre-hire processes are completed in a timely manner. Your day-to-day work will include coordinating drug screens, background checks, new hire health screening and other onboarding tasks. You will also help recruiters with interview scheduling, reference checks and other recruiting projects. Providing front-desk break coverage is also a part of this role.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven work experience involving data entry, office coordination and other administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Workday and Smartsheet.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Ability to think critically.
  • Prior experience as part of a recruiting or Human Resources team.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and/or applicant tracking systems and onboarding processes.
