About The Position

Our Recruiting Internship offers the opportunity to build foundational experience in talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and full-cycle recruiting while working alongside a high-energy, people-first team. We believe culture is not just a buzzword—it's something you actively build. This Internship is designed for individuals who are interested in recruiting, relationship-building, and fast-paced coordination. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting the recruiting lifecycle at our Fort Worth Brokerage Center. From sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews to supporting the offer process and improving candidate experience, you'll help drive hiring efforts and connect great people with great opportunities. This internship gives you the chance to get involved in the end-to-end recruiting process. You’ll take ownership of projects that impact hiring success and candidate experience while gaining exposure to high-volume and strategic recruiting initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Interest in recruiting, sales, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence communicating with candidates.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Energetic attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with LinkedIn or other social platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, career fairs, and outreach initiatives.
  • Screen resumes and support initial candidate outreach and communication.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
  • Support recruiters with candidate follow-ups, interview prep, and feedback collection.
  • Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines for key roles.
  • Participate in campus recruiting efforts and community outreach initiatives.
  • Help create and post job descriptions across multiple platforms.
  • Support employer branding efforts, including social media posts and recruiting campaigns.
  • Assist with onboarding preparation (offer letters, new hire communication, start date coordination).
  • Partner with the HR team to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to hire.
  • Track recruiting metrics and assist with reporting on hiring progress.
